In this edition of our ongoing employee spotlight series, we're proud to introduce you to Boris Kogan. Boris is one of our road technicians based out of our Auburn branch. He came to Midco with a diverse background, including military service. This allows him to provide excellent technical skills to every client. How Long Have You Worked at Midco Material Handling’s Auburn Branch?

I have worked at Midco for approximately 1.5 years.

How Many Years of Technical Experience Do You Have?

I have about 20 years of technical experience in different fields, starting with my military service.

How Did You Get Started as a Forklift Technician?

I wanted to try working in a new field and do something different than what I did before.

What Do You Like About Your Job? Any Fun Facts?

I get satisfaction from fixing problems. I like to learn new things. I enjoy communicating with clients.

How Is Midco Different From Other Places You’ve Worked?

I like the fact that every employee of the company is ready to help if necessary.

Every day of experience working with forklifts enhances my knowledge.

What Do You Do With Your Free Time?

I like to spend most of my free time with my family. Also, I like to read the news, watch movies, go kayaking, ride my bicycle, and go swimming.

What Is Your Favorite Local Sports Team, Local Bar, or Restaurant?

My favorite restaurant is Bucatini. It’s an Italian restaurant.

No, but if someone wants to know more about me, I will be happy to answer their questions.
