Industrial Roll Up Doors: Big Selection, Quick Turnaround

Industrial Roll Up Doors _ Big Selection, Quick TurnaroundNeed an overhead door for your loading dock, warehouse or storefront? Before you buy a roll up door from someone else, ask about the turnaround time — it can be two months or more (unless you buy from us).

The roll up doors we sell are sourced right here in the Pacific Northwest. So you can:

  • Get the door you need fast
  • Keep your dollars local

Whether you need a steel roll up door, insulated sectional door or high-speed door, we can order and install your roll up door in less than six weeks. Here’s an overview of the high-performance doors we offer:

Commercial and Industrial Roll Up Doors for Many Applications

Sectional Doors

We sell a variety of warehouse doors including: insulated, fire-rated and steel roll up doors. We also sell aluminum and glass roll up doors for storefronts, auto dealerships, etc.

The most common roll up door sizes in Washington state are:

  • 8’ x 10'
  • 9’ x 10'
  • 10’ x 12'

…but we can order whatever size you may need.

Need a roll up door with an egress? If the roll-up door is the only way in or out of a room, OSHA requires a way for people to exit (egress) if the power goes out.

High-Speed Roll Up Doors

“I wish I bought one of these years ago!” is a comment we often hear from customers after installing their first high-speed door. A client in Pasco was so happy with their high-speed fabric door, they’re upgrading all their dock doors to high-speed doors.

If your existing roll up door opens and closes more than 55 times per day, a rapid roll door can cut thousands of dollars from your energy bills within the first year. There’s also a nice “wow” factor for clients and visitors. High-speed doors can open at speeds up to 96” per second and close at 24” per second.

High-speed doors are available in a variety of sizes and configurations:

You can get a high-speed door as narrow as 98” wide. The largest high-speed roll up door we sell is 50’ x 35’.

High-Speed Doors Cost Less Than You May Realize

Even though a high-speed roll up door costs more upfront, it rapidly pays for itself through:

  • Reduced downtime
  • Lower energy bills
  • Savings on repair/maintenance

Customers typically see a return on their investment within 24-36 months. Cold storage, food processing and pharmaceutical applications achieve their ROI even faster, as little as 18 months.

Even if you don’t have cold storage or a clean room, consider this: a high-speed roll up door is closed 757 more hours per year than a conventional roll up door. To put that in perspective, there are 744 hours in a 31-day month. Every moment that door is open, dirt and pests can creep in while your climate-controlled air flows out.

High-speed overhead doors close automatically in just a few seconds. Sensors ensure they don’t close on people or equipment.

Self-Repairing Doors Minimize Downtime
When a forklift operator accidentally runs into the bottom of a sectional door, you’ve got a busted door for at least a few days, sometimes longer. A high-speed door, on the other hand, can automatically realign itself — saving money and preventing downtime.

Why buy a roll up door from MidCo Material Handling?

As mentioned above, we source our roll up doors locally. When you work with MidCo Material Handling, you can get the door you need installed in six weeks or less.

Other roll-up door vendors in Washington sell a lot of residential garage doors. If you need a commercial door or loading dock door, your options may be limited. Not so with MidCo.

Loading dock and other industrial overhead doors are our bread and butter. We’ll configure the door to your exact specifications and operational needs. Once your door is installed and you’re happy with it, our team of experts can provide inspections, repairs and planned maintenance.

Customer Testimonial

“I would like to express my gratitude for the professionalism shown by your crew while on site installing the two roll up doors in packaging last week. They followed all our GMP policies, were courteous, clean and communicated well. We appreciate all of their hard work."
