This week, we’d like to introduce you to Eric Cline, one of our premiere forklift technicians. Eric is a lifelong learner who loves solving the daily puzzles he faces when working on customer forklifts. I have worked at Midco for 3 years.

I have about 8 years of technical experience.

## How Did You Get Started as a Forklift Technician?

## What Do You Like About Your Job?

I really like the challenge that comes with not always knowing the cause of a customer issue, then figuring it out and solving a customer’s problem.

The way they treat everyone as a family. They are always willing to help if they can.
